Management Team

Alexander Kouperman
President

One of the two founding partners. Holds Bachelor Degrees in public accounting as well as computer science from the City University of New York. An alumni of several executive education programs from Harvard University & MIT. Mr. Kouperman has 12 years of experience in the financial technology industry. He built a number of high availability infrastructures for financial services firms. Mr. Kouperman has extensive expertise in architecting, building, and implementing financial applications ranging from the Real Time Trading & Risk Management Systems to robust reference data products such as Security Master Databases. Prior to founding InfoHedge, served as Global IT Director of Alexandra Investment Management, a multi-strategy, multi-billion dollar hedge fund.

Eugene Kushnirskiy
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Kushnirskiy has 12 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He has extensive expertise in Enterprise technologies ranging from server, storage and messaging platforms to networking, security and telephony. Prior to co-founding InfoHedge, he co-headed the IT department of a multi-strategy, multi-billion dollar hedge fund with Alexander Kouperman.

Mark Novoseletsky
Vice President of Operations

Mark Novoseletsky joined InfoHedge in April of 2007 as a Vice President of Operations. Mark is responsible for leading InfoHedge’s Project Management as well as oversees Infrastructure Support & Implementation Teams. Mr. Novoseletsky worked in the financial technology industry for more than 20 years. His previous engagements were with a number of Hedge Funds as well as JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, Ernst & Young, American Express, and Merrill Lynch. He possesses an extensive background in managing and implementing numerous infrastructure components. Mark holds BS and MS degrees in CIS from Kiev’s Polytechnic University, as well as a number of professional certifications including MCT, MCSE, CSE, & CTT.

Felix Ilionskiy
Vice President of Implementations.

Felix Ilionskiy joined InfoHedge in October of 2007 as a Vice President of Implementations, Felix is responsible for leading InfoHedge’s Hedge Fund Technology Implementation services. Felix oversees all aspects of product implementations and custom software development. Mr. Ilionskiy worked in the financial technology industry for over 10 years. His previous consulting engagements included a number of Hedge Funds. Felix also held a key position at Golden Source, where he was responsible for leading large development teams and working on implementations of the flagship Security Master & Portfolio Accounting products during a 7 year period. He possesses an extensive background in designing and implementing numerous financial technology systems. Felix holds a BS degree in CIS from the City University of New York.
